By placing an order with Pretty Rude Boutique, you agree to the following terms:

PRE-ORDERS

All products are sold on a pre-order basis unless otherwise stated. Estimated processing and delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary due to supplier, shipping or customs delays.

PAYMENTS

We accept payment via Lynk, PayPal, Western Union and MoneyGram. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and verified.

DELIVERY

Delivery is available islandwide within Jamaica. Delivery fees are calculated separately and are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of our products refunds and cancellations are not available once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions and images. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings and manufacturing variations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Pretty Rude Boutique shall not be liable for delays, losses or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to shipping delays, customs processing or courier disruptions.
